Art for Wellness

Time: Approx. 45-60 minutes

Group Size: Approx. 10-30 people

Note: These sessions work great as breakout sessions part of a larger event. 

How it works

For these sessions, I will work with the specific needs of your group. We will plan a session based around mental wellness, self reflection, and positive self-talk. 

Previous sessions included: 

  • Found Poetry using excerpts from Indigenous authors & adding doodle artwork. 

  • Journal Prompts with doodle artwork & small sharing circles. 

  • Goal Setting and small canvas painting - using the medicine wheel as a framework. 

  • Self appreciation craft - learning to celebrate our small wins. 

  • Emotional check in artwork using mindfulness and an emotions wheel,
